Tires
for the 2011 season: Chemung Speedrome
management has decided to use the Hoosier
1070 tire on the Sunoco Race Fuels Modifieds,
the Hoosier F-75 tire on the super stocks
and the Hoosier 790 tire available in 14 or
15 inch sizes on the 4cyl division.
Prices for the Hoosier 1070 tires will be $
135.00 ea. F-75's $ 110.00 ea. and the 790's
$95.00 ea.
BA Motorsports Inc. located in Horseheads,
New York will the sole tire supplier of
Hoosier racing are on order and will be in
stock after March 17th and available Monday
- Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm at 2048

Sunoco
fuel (Sunoco purple 110) will the
official fuel for Chemung Speedrome. There
will be no mixing of fuel and no additives
added to the fuel. No 2 barrel fuels
allowed. Fuel will be tested weekly.
Any fuel not meeting track specks will
be deemed illegal and you will be
disqualified. All
car owners in the Sunoco Mod class are required
to purchase 5 gallons of the Sunoco 110 fuel
each week. You need to make sure a receipt
is given to you for your purchase. You will
be asked for your receipt at some point
during the night so keep it handy. Your
receipt will be numbered and a copy will be
kept in your file. You may purchase a barrel
of fuel and that will count towards your
weekly fuel purchase. If you are found not
to have purchased 5 gallons of fuel at the
track each night you could lose all money
and points for that night, and a fine may
incur.
IGNITION
SHUT OFF SWITCH: All open wheel cars must
have the (tigor) ignition cut off switch, it
will be checked and it must be operable.
