TJ Zacharias, Cricket Clonch, Matt Pappa,
Gene Purvis, and Nick Morich Win Chemung
Speedrome Track Titles

After Season Championship events at
Chemung Speedrome, TJ Zacharias of Candor,
NY was awarded the Sunoco Modified Track
Championship. The Super Stock track titlist
is Canton, Pennsylvania’s Cricket Clonch.
Gene Purvis won the 4 Cylinder track
championship. Matt Pappa from Nassau, NY won
the INEX Legends title while Nick Morich
claimed the INEX Bandalaros title.
A check of the point standings found calculation errors. The corrected
results will be posted after an audit.
The Chemung Speedrome raced their last program on August 26th and third
generation driver Jimmy Zacharias won both
twin 25’s for the Sunoco Modifieds. John
Lane from Waverly, NY won his second Super
Stock feature of the season. Gene Purvis won
his fifth 4 Cylinder feature of the year
while Casey Pavlick from Addison, NY won his
third Crate Sportsman main of 2012 on the
asphalt. Matt Pappa from Nassau, NY won his
seventh INEX Legends feature of the year
while Alex McCollum won his first INEX
Bandalaros feature.
